Just walked by a tv and noticed a band called the Dollyrots playing during the Showcase Showdown. Is this a new thing? Does anybody watch this during the day a lot? We used to watch this everyday in college while having 11am beers. And gamble on it. So bad. Those were the days.

Why doesn't PJ play the Price is Right? I'd love to see them do The Fixer and Got Some, then have Jeff play Plinko hahahaha

    That is quite odd.

I pray pearl jam never playes the price is right unless it is to raise money for animal shelters or something.

    Kinda weird huh.

I have liked the Dollyrots for about 3 years. They emailed their fanlist about the show a couple of times and I just barely remembered to catch them.

Definetely not their comfort zone. things just didnt look all that good. Kelly is such a bouncing soul, and her energy is usually 10 times what it was for Drew and the crowd. Maybe they should stick to real gigs from now on too. The first time I saw them was at one of the Vans Warped tours, and they were pretty good compared to the fare. Very approachable too. Sat around and BS'd after their set while everyone else was watching Coheed and Cambria squeal.

  • What if the 10c held a Price is Right-style show where we all had the chance to be in the audience in the hopes of being chosen to bid on a sealed ITW vinyl or a mint Hartford '98 poster? The Showcase Showdown would be the European tour all expenses paid vs. A NEW CAR!!!!!!! hahahaha

I'm just grateful that they're not more of a Bowling For Soup type of band.
