whats everyone's fave BH album? really diggin diamonds on the inside right now, but other than that, all i have are downloads. looking to broaden my album collection. thx

    Fight For Your Mind and Live From Mars are the two that get the most rotation, currently...I go through phases, though, where others will come back and be "my favorite" :lol:

    I haven't put the newest one "White Lies For Dark Times" away, yet, either.

    Also, if you can get a rip of BH doing Voodoo Chile, it is amazing...from The Will To Live: Live EP

    yup. that's Ben at his best and it's a really diverse record. i love diamonds on the inside as well. live from mars is one the best live albums i've ever heard.

    I'd have to say Burn to Shine as well...although Diamonds on the Inside may be one of my favorite songs of his. Relentless 7 stuff is still on high rotation though.

    One of my favorite albums ever is "Welcome To The Cruel World".

    That being said, all his others are great too...

    You really oughta get White lies for dark times while you're at it....I can't stop listening to it...I may go a week..maybe two...but it always ends up back in the player very soon
    All I have to do is revel in the everyday....then do it again tomorrow

    diamonds on the insided, elcome to the cruel world, fight for your mind, both sides of the gun, white lies for dark times are the ones i own and bought in that order so needless to say i'm happy with all his work. i would reccomend any of those albums. sick ass songwriter, singer, and slide guitarist.

    Live from mars is a great disc. I love "Glory & Concequence" off that one alone.
    White lies in Dark times is a solid one. (That's the most current with R7).
    Both sides of the Gun is a Great one too. (Had "Better way", and waiting for you, picture in a frame on it). The Picture in a frame is different them Tom Waits though. It's not a cover.

    Aside from that, all I have are a few singles, like "my two hands", and "steal my kisses"

    Live From Mars is almost worth it's own thread because it has so many highlights. Power Of The Gospel, The Drugs Don't Work, Excuse Me Mr., Sexual Healing.... Who has this on vinyl? I'd love a copy on the shelf.

    I'll get my own copy soon hopefully. I respect all opinions but having seen a lot of gigs in the last 24 years I get pissed off hearing people moaning about Ben because he is a proper talent and not the kind you see from day to day. Anyone in doubt seek out Show A Little Shame and make up your mind then. Hated the way his lungs sprung a leak on Indifference LA3 or 4 can't quite remember but it was awful. You'd forgive Ed if it was him :D
