Hey Jammers,

Pretty much Pearl Jam, LOST, and Italian food are my favorite things in the world - and since there is no "food" section in the Message Pit, thought I would cast my lot with the TV show.

    Will time re-boot, or did Jack's plan not work?

    Love the LOST. I've been going through past seasons to get ready for the big event in February. I don't any theories about what's going to happen this season, but it should be a fun ride...

    I'm betting time will reboot, and here's why...

    Miles was correct - the best course of action would have been to do nothing at all. They caused "the indcident" by throwing the bomb down there. It did not become a big magnet until Jack threw it down there. Their actions actually made the Hatch into what it was when we saw it in season 2. Whatever happened, happened, yes.

    However - Juliet is the "variable" in the equation - she was NOT supposed to be down there and blow up the bomb. We know this because in everyone's flashback, Jacob paid a visit to all of them - except Juliet. This was not done on accident. She's the "variable" who set off the bomb which will re-boot time.

    IMHO.

    Thanks for the link to the other thread! I was hoping to talk a little more about the show rather than how everyone is going to fit it in their schedule, but I'll be sure to check it out when the season starts!

    I loved the first season, liked the second one and thought the third sucked. Haven't watched it since...

    big fan here. I love the fact the show is unique in that it doesnt talk down to its audience. The show is, as I mentioned in the past, maybe the most comprehensive and out there tv show of our generation. Its very Lynchian. You are never sure even after watching 5 seasons of it, who is good and who is bad. Who is acting with good intentions and who is acting on bad intentions. Along with that is the general sense of after watching 5 seasons you really have no more a clue about what the hell is going on than you did in the first episode. Nothing is ever explained.

    The whole flashback/flashforward thing is also very Lynchian. It adds to the confusion of the show in a good way. You arent sure if what you are watching is real, if its happened, or will happen, or what.

    The show is one of the best written and has some of the best acting of any show on network television.

    Brilliant show.

    love this show

    turned off my cable couple years ago, it was sucking my life away

    but thanks to the internet i tune in to lost the day after and am also able to keep up my sopark fix ;)

    oh and netflix for just about every hbo show they make
    and fuck me if I say somethin you dont wanna hear, fuck me!

    Can't get enough of this show. My main question is what happens to Desmond and Penny. I think this is the best relationship to ever be on TV. And the best TV show, maybe of all time. For those who don't get into it, I feel sorry for you ;)

    I could talk about theories and stuff all day about LOST.

    Desmond is the Jesus of the island. Desmond is my favorite on the show.

    I can't wait any longer for February 2nd!! Most addicting show ever!!!
