    I wouldnt say it sucks-its a great song and I enjoyed it the first 1000 times I heard it

    the reason it sucks is because Ed no longer sings it with the same passion and heart that he did back in the mid-90s. you cant really blame him for it after singing the song hundreds of times since then, but you cant blame a fan for not enjoying it as much either.

    go back and listen to a 1994 or 1996 version. I think you'll enjoy it.

    No. Besides, the little bit of SIFL doesn't even warrant a credit. Go listen to The English Beat if you wanna hear it(Save It For Later). On vinyl, of course.

    dave wakeling dba (doing bizness as) the english beat.. pays a nice betterman homage when he plays SIFL live. his live show is incredible, btw.

    I agree that from 1998 on it's only good with the SIFL tag. But the GOOD SIFL tag. Not the crap he's been doing the last few tours. We need it circa 2000 with the lengthy tag again.

    yeah. I'm always kind of surprised when I put on Vitalogy and am reminded how good the studio version is.

    I don't hate it, but i've seen/heard it live sooo many times.
