now that I'm not drinking ?
I have trouble getting it going at work now worse than when I was up all night drinking.

I don't know how long it's been since you stopped drinking, but there could be a medical condition here. Is it possible you were drinking to self medicate something you don't know you have? Now that the alcohol is gone, your brain is asking for that or another chemical to fill those receptors.
I would suggest you see a doc. Just to have a blood test. Perhaps you have a thyroid problem.
Although, it could be your energy levels will increase the further away from drinking you get. I hope you feel better soon and for good health in the coming year.
problem solved....

That is why you feel tired. You have to eat to have energy. I understand the not being interested in food though. Careful, if you get too weak, I'm gonna pin you down and give you crows until you agree to get your shit back together. Nobody wants to see that...

I know its hard, but you have to think and take care of yourself- even if you don't feel it. Because in the end, there is no one but you to take care of you.

alcohol withdrawal does not only effect the body it effects the mind very much so- sadly it is an emotional support system that many are addicted to- it gets lots of people through a day just anticipating that after work cocktail
you are also sad right now -maybe depressed- this zaps energy and in that state its hard to face the day in the morning
maybe not sleeping as well -
you're maybe worried too
so its all of it - everything at once - good news is
it will not last
b/c it's not *just* the not drinking.
it's the depression over your girl, the not drinking, and the not eating and/or eating healthfully.
you need to take care of yourself wolf.
then, in time....when you feel emotionally better, your body will already be feeling good, and you'll be golden.
Let's just breathe...
I am myself like you somehow
Sorry to preach, but I have just read so many similarities in how we dealt with some issues and how our minds and bodies responded, I felt that I should give you my worthless opinion!! :-)....BE SOUND!!

My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-12
