Pedro the Lion

Something about the way people like Sufjan and Pedro the Lion or rather David Bazan sing about religion, makes it actually somewhat appealing and facinating to me. Both Sufjan and David, to a greater extent David have both struggled it seems with the whole religion issue and what they believe.

Whats your opinion of the 4 Pedro albums and David's newest solo record?

    I've really been hoping to pick this up soon (I think he has a new DVD too). I got into Dave Bazan after seeing his solo tune on Burn to Shine DVD with Ed. It was a song called Cold Beer and Cigarrettes or something...There were a few religious references, but I thought they were funny.

    I casually listen to Pedro the Lion & really like what I've heard so far! Rapture & Transcontinental are my favorite songs.
