Something with Mark Lanegan on it, preferably a solo album but another from Gutter Twins would be good too. Radiohead is always worth the wait. Tom Waits is long overdue. Nick Cave will continue to improve and from my favourite Seattle band an ep of Backspacer leftovers and also can't wait to hear the much hyped Philly shows which apparently happened last year? Besides that some Stone Temple Pilots, Beirut, Damien Rice, REM, QOTSA, Tool and a big fat double album from the all new Temple Of The Dog tribute to Layne :D You can wish for anything!
Like a book among the many on a shelf...

    Dublin 02 Arena - 22/6/10. Belfast Odyssey Arena - 23/6/10. London Hyde Park - 25/6/10. Berlin Wuhlheide - 30/6/10.

  • They seem to be often overlooked but I think there's a new Cake album in the works. They're a lot of fun. Recently, for whatever reason, I can't get Carbon Monoxide out of my head. Cake in 2010!

    Ditto.

Even their last album came out in 2007 it feels like it has been forever. They are overdue for another one.

Yes, I just read something about it the other day, and yes, it will be the last of the series (but I thought the same about V). It has a release date of Feb 23, I think.
