Hooray!!!! My kids are home from school today, and so many fun things planned. The looks on their faces when I told them- Priceless. Take care everyone.

    We've had more snow in the Midlands. Sunday is supposed to be heavy snow again... Yay! :mrgreen:
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Yesterday at my school should have been a snow day. Every other school in the area was closed and our drive to the school is much worse then those other schools.

    Oh well, its just a little annoying on my part.

    My dog(Pilate) & i walked in a blizzard today, it was good fun & he met one of his friends & had a blast. Lots of snow here in Essex. Have fun in the snow.

    Nice pic, I just drove through Georgia on Sunday. On my way down 2 weeks earlier the snow on top of my truck completely melted by the time I got to Georgia. All that warmth must be all be gone now.

    Holy shit, I havne't had a snow day since I was in the 3rd grade...snow days are a rarity in Utah...

    We'll get a blizzard, where you can't see more than 50 yards infront of you and people are still just going on with their day. It has almost become just a fact of life for me since I've been here for 21 years.

    Ohhh I wish I was in the snow. I'm sitting here sweating in a bikini top and skirt......time for some air con I think! It's been raining here the last week or so too but it's still too hot.

    I've only been in snow once....went skiing 14 years ago....but it didn't snow. I felt so fucking ripped off! :x

    I remember them being very excited about snow days in Archie comics when I was younger. :lol:

    We would get days off school when cyclones would be nearby. That was always fun. :D

    Here in Florida, we've had some cold nights lately.

    It's almost comical. People are out buying all the fireplace logs. I've been to four stores and they are out of them and it's only 32 degrees at night. You'd think we were in the middle of a snow storm. (!)

    People have sheets and blankets on the plants in their front yard. :)

    32 at this time of year around here is favorable weather.

    It was 8 degrees yesterday morning. THAT is frigid.

    My mom is still living in the town I lived in last winter. They are having nights around zero degrees. UGH. I don't miss that.

    Yeah. It was depressing. I lived in that weather for 12 years!

    Fuck! That's -13 deg here! :shock:

    Here in north-east Australia where I am, we've had weird weather this week....hot days and hot nights. The temp the other day was:

    Min 26 Max 27

    No change. Just hot and sticky the whole time. :| I want some snow.
