    I don't pretend to know EV, or anything like that. But after 19 years of reading every interview to cross my path, and seeing them bunches of times, and hearing countless boots, this does not even SOUND like something EV would say, let alone the phrasing.

    The problem with Twitter and Facebook and all the other similar crap out there is that any chump can set something up and pretend to be you---obviously, with varying degrees of success at doing so---which is scary as hell to me.

    Twitter is a great resource for artists to connect directly with fans. I really enjoy Trent Reznor and Rob Sheridan's posts, and Rob responds directly to questions you ask. I first heard about the reunion thanks to Chris's Twitter, but I promise you that is NOT Eddie Vedder on Twitter.
