Salt......

..........I can't seem to get enough of it. I love it. I add it to everything. Lucky for me I have low blood pressure.

Anyone else love it TONS?

What other stuff do you add to your food for taste?

My kids like to add that nasty tabasco sauce to soup. Blech.........

    i rarely, if ever, use salt except when cooking...whatever salt is already in the food is enough for me :D

    About 4 years ago I was diagnosed with an inner ear issue and as part of the treatment had to go on a low sodium diet for a whole year! I almost lost it!! I would hide and lick a saltines when I could, LOL!

    I really like it...I feel it has a stronger flavor, so you don't need as much. Plus, I'm pretty sure it's better for you too...

    i love sea salt, it's all i use for cooking. tastes better than regular salt i think!

    i love the combo of salt and sweet, there are these caramels at peet's coffee that have salt on top. OMG.

    Certainly sea salt is better for you and I myself don't cook with salt, there's plenty of salt that IS already in our processed foods.

    There are much better seasonings than salt. I only use it when a recipe calls for it.

    I'm going to have to try those caramels that you mentioned.
    they're grubbing, you can find them at trader joe's too. there's a place in seattle that makes them, a friend of mine told me about it. next time i go to visit i'll have to grab a box!
