Backspacer Jukebox play?

I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but Backspacer has yet to be available at any jukebox I have seen. Does this have something to do with the release strictly through Target? You can get the album on iTunes now, thought it would be available everywhere after that.

Can anyone shed any light?
