Now that we've had a few months to digest the album, which song remains your favorite?

I have to go with "Amongst the Waves".

    I'm still going with Unthought Known. Although Speed Of Sound and Johnny Guitar have really grown on me.

    I believe that Unthought Known was first played at the New Jersey PAC on 8/7/2008 EV solo tour. He talks a little about how it is still a work in progress. Not as powerful as the final product but it is still cool to hear it @ such an early stage.

    I think the reason that I didn't vote for "Unthought Known," even though it's an amazing song, is its similarities to "Wishlist"... and I happen to like "Wishlist" better. I do think the song has the best melody on the album.

    "Amongst the Waves" is kind of how I prefer Pearl Jam to sound. Sure, the punky rockers are great fun, and often thrilling, but something about their more anthemic material just seems right. This band is able to pull it off perfectly, and I always felt that Eddie sounds better when he's singing to the rafters, like on the chorus of this song.

    Unthought Known, without a doubt; I've been entranced by it since I heard it at NJPAC, literally could not get it out of my head.
