Morbidly obese woman in car....

with a big McDonalds bag on her tits, and both hands holding a burger and fries all over her and sauce around her mouth.
She could hardly fit in the car.
And people like the wonder why they are obese.
Makes me sick.

In that case, it could be the carer with the psychological issue more than the obese person themselves. Fear of being left alone etc...

Really most of it is genetics. People get jealous of how much I can eat, yet barely have any fat. I'm 31 and still holding in there.
I guess I do watch what I eat though. I don't like sweets or sugary drinks. If I get a triple quarter pounder or a king size burrito I usually drink water with it.
Social services should take kids like these away. Absolute neglagence and there is no excuse for letting your kids eat that much to become that size. As an adult that's your choice but as a parent it's your responsibility to make sure they eat healthy and are educated in what food groups are good / bad. It's not just short term but life time effects kids will inherit.
To be fair I doubt she wonders why she's obese.
I get what you are saying, the visual isn't pleasant, and we've all seen it.
A guy from work told me he lives on nothing but meat, bread, chocolate and Fanta - NOTHING ELSE! He doesn't even drink water. It's a sad story, and when I questioned him he said he doesn't care what health issues his diet causes him. I asked if he had a heart attack would he change his diet on doctors orders and he said no, and didn't care if it killed him. There wasn't really a lot I could say, if that's how someone feels, that's how they feel. It was quite clear from talking to him that he has a lot of issues, but I guess people have to want to change, and no amount of ridiculing someone for their lifestyle choices is going to make them automatically change.
My bf was put on a medication and he weighed 170 when put on it. Within 3 months, his weight doubled!! He's 6 feet tall.
It is a side effect of the med., but we weren't told that at first. Now, its hard for him to take the weight off.
He's off that med., but the weight don't fall off as easily as it went on. I feel so bad for him. He has more health issues as a result. He would had been better off without that med., obviously, but I guess he should had checked info. about the med. himself. I don't trust docs. myself, and always check what they are giving me.
I am pissed at his doctor...he still trusts her!! He has problems with doing everyday tasks. I think he's going to die of a heart attack. It worries me a lot. I stay with him, cuz I love him, and I got very ill right after I met him and I even needed home health care. He took care of me. I was bedridden for 9 months, then homebound for another year. He had only known me 2 months when I got so sick. He stayed by my side. I don't know if I would had done the same thing. He was a good looking guy, very fit, and a school teacher. So, its almost ten years later and I will stand by him.
That's a heart-breaking story
Careful. It won't last. I was always like that too, averaging about 110 pounds my whole life, but ageing changed things. Now I do have to watch what I eat, plus I exercise a lot
That kid looks like the Michelin man...
