Seniority? Bollards! Wish I'd known that before hand cos I've got a very poor number! So how many of you on here bought seats with a membership lower than 370***??

Don't worry; not very many tickets were sold so I doubt there will be a huge difference b'w 370, 207 etc. Once the band hits the stage and you're rockin out the last thing you'll be thinking is "geez I wish I was 4 rows closer".
  • it states these tickets are close to the stage! on the side! so whatever your number i cant see anyone been on the back row of the upper tier!
im just happy ill be there with 10C and not giving my money to some ebay tout or whoever!
    Thanks 10C!!

All of them should be good seats and once you're there it doesn't matter where you are to enjoy the concert and have fun.. 8-)

I've seen the kings of leon, bruce springsteen, oasis and the verve all at the odssey, its an excellent venue. It's a dream I never thought would happen - pj live in Belfast!! 25 miles away from me!!! As i said it's an excellent venue and i assure you all you'll have one of your best pj gigs here! :D

I am 31 and this will be my first PJ experience! Can not wait, I really don't care where I am. To make it all the better I just hope I can score a poster. Is it hard to buy concert posters from the TC? I really doubt I will be able to get one at the show and even if I did I wouldn't want to haul it all over Europe.
  • I have posters from all the shows ive been too! easy to hold and stuff cuz u get the option to buy a tube! buy 1!!!!

venue is cool - pretty modern (think it was built around 2002-03), usual arena mod cons & the sounds pretty good too..

the best thing about it though is if you go around the back of the odyssey arena you'll find the thompson dock (about 5mins walk) and belfast pump house where the titanic was built and where that ship first slipped into the water - midsummer it's a nice spot to chill and take in the view of belfasts position with the surrounding hills etc

Sorry, didn't want to come across as a whinger (which I think I did  )! I meant that as I already had some pretty decent seat tickets and I knew my member # is very poor I may not have taken the risk if I'd known it was seniority, as now I don't know which tickets to pass on to friends either lower tier about a quarter of the way down the arena or higher tier side stage (I'm sure you all understand wanting the best possible experience!). But, I know whatever I decide it will be an amazing show and I'll have an amazing time!!! :D

    Bring on June! 8-)8-)

  • Why not mate !

By the way, I saw the news regarding Mrs Robinson on the TV a couple of days ago. Seems so funny for us, but they say it could also bring the country into a little political chaos. What do you think ?

haha mrs robinson - heres to you

yeah well in a lot of other european countries this sort of thing is 'par for the course' but in northern ireland its a little bit more of news because she is/was such a firebrand religious nutjob - so it puts her (and some would say her husband) in the limelight for being a bigtime hypocrite

theres a lot of song and dance about it having the potential to cause a political crisis but then since when did northern ireland not have a political crisis?

its all small beer if you ask me...
