Out of Stock CD's

Just browsing through the 10C goods section. The following CD's are out of stock:

No Code
Yield
Live on 2 Legs
Binaural
Riot Act
Lost Dogs

What's the deal with this? Are they making room for the re-issues in a year or 2? You'd think the band's website would have all titles available.

    Binaural wasn't even available for the longest time. And now it's out of stock? :( Wonder if the "Got Some" sale drained the stock.

    they have been out of print . why do u think the vinyl for these lp's are threw the roof . its not just CD's !!


    im sure u can find all these sealed on CD at amazon !

    amazon hasn't had no code for awhile now. and it's out of stock almost everywhere. i had to get an import.

    Every time I go through Newbury Comics, I check the PJ section out of curiosity and I always see used No Codes and Binaurals for 7 or 8 bucks. The discs may be out of print, but there are still TONS of copies out there.

    this is nuts! what??? no code is really not in print anymore? i would think you should be able to get any studio album at least through the 10c website. this is the first time im hearing this crazy stuff.

    Seen No Code at a record store Downtown for $2.00. Could pick up the whole studio catalogue [mint to good condition] for under $40.00 if I needed them. :mrgreen:

    i sent a mail to 10c a the beggining of november before the got some sale about Binaural and i got this answer

    "Binaural is out of print. We do not know when or if we will receive more from Sony.

    So based on that note, looks like Sony has stopped making copies of these discs. I have a feeling they are going to be coming out with re-issues in 2010 or 2011. Now that PJ is a solo entity and not signed to a label, Sony will look for any way to squeeze all the money they can out of their music.

    So what then will a Binaural or No Code cd, which is out of print, be worth in 20 years? As much as vinyl and posters? I doubt that much, but I could see a day where we see original pressings of these discs going on ebay for 80-90 bucks.

    Nah, I don't think so. In the case of No Code, this disc has been around for 13 years before they went out of print. No telling how many millions of copies are out there. The vinyl was pressed in 96 in a set amount of copies. Once those ran out, they were out. If I had to guess, in 20 years a CD will go for no more than $10.

    Wal-Mart has them for $5.88 new in the USA....I can pick one up for you and ship it to you if you want one that bad....pm me!

    I was at my local FYE store today and they had Binaural for sale. 10 bucks brand new.

    fye still has stores? i think they closed their nyc one's. and you can get binaural and other pj cd's at amazon for 6.99. which is probably the same with shipping.
