That was truly touching. It's a goddamn shame to see a kid with such a bright future die so young, from something so sudden. But it's great to see his father make light of a terrible situation, and create a charity in his honor.
    Thanks EPOTTSIII!

Wow...what an incredible sounding little boy. My deepest sympathies to his family, but I agree with Back_Pedal. Awesome that his dad can find the strength so soon to honor his son. It sounds like Danny was a real inspiration to the people around him.

Wow. My deepest sympathies! I started having seizures out of the blue 4 or 5 years ago. They are frightening and dangerous. Many times, people forget how bad they can be. Before I started having them, I was often told that they look worse than they are. That they aren't life threatening. But, I now know different. You can have one that won't end and the lack of oxygen to your brain can kill or cause horrific brain damage. You can have a series of them too, that can kill or cause serious damage.
I don't underestimate them anymore. Danny's story may make many who think they aren't that bad realize they are, even those in the medical field who don't think they are that bad and underestimate the damage.
