    Best. Night. Ever.
  • No Code = Meh

Ten is the best album... followed by Vs.
  • I don't think I could make a decision here. While "No Code" is undoubtably awesome, so is every other release. You could say "Ten" because it changed so many of our lives, or "Pearl Jam" because of the cohesive message and power involved. I got "Ten" at 15 and am now 34, and I have to say each album as equally made an impact on me in one way or another. They've gotten me through addictions, recoveries, relapses, deaths, joys, relationships, and every other aspect of life. I believe we could all go through each album and find reasons why they are the best. There have always been those songs that you felt were written with you specifically in mind. That's Pearl Jam. From "Ten", starting me out growing into an adult and going through rough experiences, right up to "Backspacer", which has given me more inspiration as an adult in recovery. There has always been something going on in my life that coincides with a song or album. They are all equal to me and this is the reason for these discussions. I am eternally grateful.

  • Vitalogy was an under-rated album, but not there best. You could feel the uneveness of the flow of the album, as it was recorded at different studios, at different points in time. But, they definitely pushed it on vitalogy. (The"avocado" album is "Pearl Jam",btw.)
  • Riot Act
