Eddie's guitar has been advertising the Target logo years before Backspacer was released. Perhaps Eddie has been secretly paid by Target all these years to advertise. Hmmm..

    Wal Mart was founded by the Walton family, which is why the company has right-wing Christian leanings. Imagine if Target was founded by the grunge god Eddie Vedder? It would be such a hip place!

    I had the orange PJ shirt with this symbol on the front. People would say, "You shouldn't walk around wearing a target!" I'd have to explain that the band called it an isolation symbol. You can see how the rings on Ed's guitar differ from the ones on the corporate logo.
