Ok, the latest Rank Em is the sometimes maligned, often loved Riot Act. I also have 5 extra songs to go with it. This gives us 20 songs, which is a bit of a chore. So if you just want to go with a top 5 or 10 or whatever, and maybe a bottom 3 or 5, that's fine. The extra songs are 4 Lost Dogs: Down, Undone, Otherside and 4/20/02, plus Man of the Hour from the Big Fish soundtrack. We'll give this about a week, because of Christmas.

I won't call Riot Act their weakest record... just their least strong. (The glass is half full) But it still manages to have "Thumbing My Way" which is by far my favorite PJam song ever.

***Part of the reason that this is my favorite song is because last years Christmas Eve, exactly 1 year to today's date, I ended up sliding on black ice in my car between 2 steep hills & having to leave the car stranded there in safe residential side-street where no one would go down the hill I just slide on and crash into it. And ended up having to hitchhike across Bucks County on Christmas Eve in freezing rain to get home. And the lyrics in this song are perfect for an experience like that. True story that I'm glad to share on its anniversary with you all.

This is clearly the most interesting Rank Em so far. It looks like Save You is leading, but it's a battle with Down, Undone, Man of the Hour, 1/2 Full, Can't Keep...

Thumbing My Way has a 1st place vote and a last place vote. AKRounder - I can't believe you hitchhiked in Bucks County in December. Can't believe you ever made it back! Hope your transportation is going better this year.

Arc doesn't seem to get much love, but I think it's beautiful... Sometimes I play it first before listening to the rest of the record to set the tone. I love it.

I'm too drunk to rate all of the songs right now... :? Save You just recently clicked for me and now it might be my favorite.

I haven't listened to this album in a while but now I am.. Damn. Good album.

But then, like I said, I'm drunk...
