have you ever cheated by use of a cell phone?

What percentage of students do you think have used a cell phone to cheat?

    ha ha, no. Just talking about exams and what not.

    just watched a news story where a principal explained that he allows cell phones in his school and he trusts that students wouldn't cheat by use of their phones.

    As a teacher, I'd be very interested to hear from students themselves...

    I can definitely say that I've busted kids using their cellphones, itouches and other tech to cheat.

    I'm a senior, and I've of course heard of cheating using a cell phone, but have not done so nor seen/heard of anyone at my school doing so.

    The cheating that occasionally goes on at my school is, I guess, writing notes on a small piece of paper then putting that in a pencil case, or even in a pen cap.

    I guess the most popular, if you consider this cheating at all, is simply asking a fellow student who already took the test what was on it.

    yep :D one of my friends always has the same spanish class before me so he takes pictures of the test with the correct answers and then sends them to me.

    oh god I dont think I ever did that but I used to BLATANTLY cheat in my senior year english class. I sat literally 5 feet from her desk and would have the answers right next to me and copy them onto the tests.

    If anyone here is still in high school, take as many risks as possible. Getting in trouble in high school is a joke, they make a big deal over everything in high school. When you graduate and look back at all the stupid/funny/bad things you did you will laugh about it endlessly. I wish I took alot more risks than I did. I did alot of fucked up shit but I wish i did more lmao.

    edit: by risks I mean funny pranks and jokes. dont go starting fights and beating the shit out of a nerd :lol:

    Luckily I always had somewhat of a friend in a class that I'd want to cheat through, eg. history, & math. It was as easy as asking to see their answers when they're done.

    that's how i passed spanish for 3 years back in high school...actually that was the least blatant form of cheating that i did. one time i got up in the middle of a test and went over to where he had all his corrected tests from other classes. i then proceeded to take a corrected exam out of the pile, bring it back to my desk, sit down and copy it.

    The only time I remember cheating on a test was back in 7th grade science class. I'm sure I had since then, but nothing that I remember.

    Then again, my grades never were too good, so maybe I should have done more cheating?!?! :lol:
