Need some advice here! Need to choose 3 RB's out of these 5 and I keep wavering...

AP = no brainer
LT= meh season against a solid run D in Cincy, plus Cincy could be playing with more fire this week?
Ryan Grant = Pitt #1 rush D but vulnerable of late
Quinton Ganther = playing against a Giants D allowing 3rd most rushing TD's in the league
Arian Foster = solid match up on paper against a lousy Rams team but how many touches does he really get?

I'm leaning AP, LT, and Ganther. Thoughts anyone?

Honestly, I'd rank them all about the same.

They all have their warts, good ones going up agianst tough D's, not sure about playing time for the others.

Wait on Foster, could be a hidden gem there. See if Kubiak say anything about his playing time. If he's supposed to get the bulk of the work against the Rams, he'd be better than Ganther. The Redskins just don't score a lot of TDs on the ground, and he wasn't that great against Oakland. There's also a chance he may lose carries to Marcus Mason.

But overall, it's really a crap shoot with these guys.

As for me and my semi final ... Pocket Hercules started things of nice last night!!!

I have Foster and Wells and keep going back and forth on who to start. Kubiak did say that Foster would be more involved in the offense and get a shot this week, but how often do the Texans really run the ball. As for Wells, with him and HIghtower spliting carries, its really a crapshoot. I mean I could always play Turner but who knows how effective he'll be after re-injuring the ankle... and Snelling seems to be here and there week to week depending on how much ATL uses Norwood.

Luckily I had Manning last night! Going up against a monster this week too so needed those points. So you guys think AP, LT Ganther for now until some news comes out Sunday morning and makes me change my mind yet again...

Fantasy football is the ultimate, "just make the playoffs and see what happens" kind of sport. So flukey.

What's the word on Steven Jackson? I have to go with him or Quentin Gathier this week, just waiting for the final report on Sunday morning. Anyone have any inside info or good advice?

And yes, "just make the playoffs" is fantasy football to a "T."

ackson among Rams hit by flu: Rams RB Steven Jackson did not practice Friday, but it wasn't because of his sore back. Like several of his teammates, Jackson rested with flu-like symptoms. The Rams canceled practice Thursday because several players reportedly had the H1N1 virus but it is not known if Jackson has that particular kind of flu. With his status up in the air more this week than it has been all season, Jackson wasn't available to talk to the media Friday. Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo said Jackson's back is getting better, and he thinks Jackson would have practiced today if not for the illness. Teammates believe he will play. "Steven has shown he can do well without practice and I anticipate he'll do very well this week," backup RB Samkon Gado said. "I'd be very surprised if he couldn't go."

I am up 4 in my matchup after today's events ... but, my opponent has Fred Davis (Was) at TE tomorrow. Needs to be held under 40 yards. I don't like my chances.

Of course, things would be a lot different is Jay Feely didn't shank a 38 yard FG, get a 37 yd field goal blocked, and have a bad snap on a 25 yard field goal.

9 points left on the table, that's what's going to cost me.

Oh, and I was going to pick up Kris Brown of the Texans but some guy in the CONSOLATION bracket in my Yahoo league picked him up. For real.
