To be honest, as a French guy, if I try not to focus on what is said, it really sounds English. When I make an effort, it's different.

I have honestly wondered what english sounds like to others. I don't think that was it. That sounded like words to me, just sung fast and sloppy.
Heck, I even wonder what my accent sounds like to people in othe parts of America. I know most of america don't sound like me.
