Just a reminder for those who may be interested :ugeek:

Also, I came across this article about the Top 10 Dr Who episodes starring David Tennant.

Opinions? Do you agree with the writer? I think he's spot on with his choices :D

Think spot on with no 1, very spooky episode. But I think Doomsday should maybe have been no. 2.

I know I probably shouldn't say it, but I did really like Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, a tiny weeny bit more than David Tennant. I liked the darkness he brought to the character.

I agree with number one as well :D Just watched it again the night I read the article, still a freaky episode. I know I've been looking at statuary with a wary eye since I first saw the episode. :?:lol::lol:

I really liked Eccleston as well. You're right, he really did have an edgy darkness to him. Btw, it's nice to talk to another Dr Who fan. I'm afraid that there aren't many people here who enjoy the series. When I lived in the UK I had two friends who would discuss (read: obsess) with me over Dr Who every week during pub quiz. I miss them and pub quizzes :(

My hubby thinks I'm a bit sad. I'm not an obsessive Dr Who fan (like he seems to think I am), but I just really enjoy watching it.

The last David Tennant episode was on last night and honestly, the last 10 minutes were just so moving, they were well acted and written. I howled like a baby. Then I watched Dr Who confidential straight afterwards and cried again  .

I don't know if you'll have had it over there yet, but it was really good, and seeing the new doctor for the first time was really interesting, I know you can't decide after 20 seconds but I did find myself doing the 'Oh he's not as good as David Tennant' thing. I will have to give him a chance, poor bugger!

Yeah, I'm not obsessed either. I, too, just really enjoy watching it and then discussing some of the particularly moving episodes. The End of Time is on right now and my satellite doesn't have any freaking volume at the moment!!!!!! :o   :x :x :x :x

I'll get back to you about my thoughts  :ugeek:
