  • I only have his first one, Niandra Lades and Usually Just a T-Shirt. It's pretty slow and spacey. A few stand out songs (Your Pussy's Glued to a Building on Fire is the best one), but it suffers from his drug abuse at the time. I'm sure if you did a ton of heroin it would fit right in.
“Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you’ve got about a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies — ‘God damn it, you’ve got to be kind.’” - Kurt Vonnegut
  • Shadows collide with people

    brilliant album.

    2 stand out tracks

Regret-a fairly simple song lyrically, but emotionally it could be the best statement he has ever made about his days of heroin abuse

Song to sing when I'm lonely-maybe John's most melodic song to date. Beautiful song.

does "your pussy is glued to a building on fire" need much explanation?
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.
  • Curtains and The Will To Death are pretty amazing. Also his latest album The Empyrean is probably my favourite of his.

Shadows Collide with People is my favourite, get the acoustic version if you can (I posted a link to it in the other thread)
    The Will to Death
    Curtains
To Record Only Water for 10 Days...

actually just start with To Record Only Water and get everything else in order! They're all worth it!
