If you're referring to band members (which is how I read your post), then there is only anecdotal evidence that they do look at this thing, or are aware of the shenanigans that are vomited here daily.

For example, some months back there were several active discussions about peoples' preferences for the different drumming styles which PJ has had over the years. Then, many months later in an interview article, Matt Cameron made a reference to (I'm paraphrasing here) the idea that he gets "...a crap load from all of the internet geeks out there saying they like, you know, so-and-so better than so-and-so-else."

You can read the entire article which someone was kind enough to post in this thread: http://community.pearljam.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=118124&p=2653562&hilit=drummer+magazine#p2653475

Notice that he never says that he read any discussions on this board directly, yet he manages to acknowledge that some people expressed a preference for one percussionist's take on some rhythms over that of another. The logical question is: If he did not oversee the discussion here, then where? It seems reasonable to me to conclude that he was, in fact, aware of the thread here, whether he saw it directly or heard about it through someone else.

Don't forget about the countless song request threads like "Please open with Of the Girl in Salt Lake" or the "Play Black in Auckland" that "mysteriously" have gotten back to the band and been fulfilled. :D

If you are referring to if band members post here, I know personally that at least one band member has posted here multiple times, and visits frequently. But their username is not known to most on here, so if you are looking to have a conversation with them, that will be unlikely.
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)

The board mods could have been reporting back to the band what songs are in demand.

    This is possible.

but it means that you now have to post like a crazy person (maybe producing about 10000 posts within 3 years ;)....) to increase the chance that this ominous band member reads your comments :P

oh....and nice to meet you, too!

Right before the Philadelphia shows in October, there was a rumor rolling through here about Stone quitting or leaving the band.

That night, they responded to this rumor.

Im not sure if the rumor was published anywhere else, but if not, that would indicate they have a finger on the pulse of the message board.
