Mix for a Pearl Jam newbie

I just made a Pearl Jam mix for a friend. He does not know Pearl Jam, and has been asking me for a sort of "Best of". Of course, I could just redirect him to the "Rearviewmirror" collection, but I thought I could do better than that, including also some recent stuff.

I divided the songs onto 3 Cds, each around 45 minutes long. I figured it is easier to listen to 10 songs at a time rather than facing a 30 songs playlist. Here is how I made it:

1) I took three openers (short gems) and three closers

2) I chose the remaining 24 songs among those that I think are more "mainstream" (I figured it's not gonna be good to approach PJ with "You" or "Bu$hleaguer")
I tried to take at least 1 song from each record, and no more than half a record

3) I divided them in 3 Cds, with a few rockers/a slow one/some more rockers/and slow again

And here are two questions:
1- do you like it? Which songs would you remove (... and replace with what?). Leave personal taste aside if you can, focus on what a newbie could like! :P
2- I'd appreciate suggestions for a title. I would not like stuff like "Best of", I'd like something more PJ related... Only thing I could come up with is "Stickman Mix" (pretty lame...?)

And, yes, I am waiting for tour news and I am bored

Id substitute Not for You in place of Spin the Black Circle. Then Id put a nice bow on it and call it "Questioning my education: Pearl Jam 101". Good mix kid.

Yeah, i would replace Spin t.b.c. with Not For you, too.
Then, please, skip Wishlist and add In My Tree instead. You simply CAN'T miss Present Tense, SOLAT and -pretty nice one- Inside Job! What about Slight Of Hand and Footsteps?

i think having soon forget as a cd opener is a bad idea. Its not gonna grab any casual fan. I would actually just get rid of it. im not even really a fan of that song.

Ok, Spin the Black will be replaced by Not for You.
I thought I could do a 4th CD of live stuff... I guess SOLAT/Present Tense/YLB could go in there. They are so much better live (IMHO)
Maybe throw in also Sad/Rockin in The Free World/Baba.... All live
