Trouble logging into goods

I'm a little confused... back when they changed the format of the website, you were then able to use the same username/password you were using for the message board right? I've since purchased things from goods... tickets, and other stuff, all using the same username/password as the message board. It's no longer letting me do that, nor is it letting me do it the old way either (email address). I'm still able to log into the message board, just not the actual ten club site. I know my membership isn't expired, but I'm starting to have a panic attack... can someone please shed some light on this for me????

I've also tried the whole... email a new password route... I get to the page it sends me to and then tells me it's restricted. HELP!!!!

    Soooooo, turns out it was the stupid computer I was on at work... now that I'm home all is good!! :D
