"Minus the bear" that is....
Heard one of their songs in a video game and just started checking them out.... they are pretty damn good I have to say. They are sort of and atmospheric/electronic-y indie rock band. Anyone dig them?
heres a few of their songs... I definitely recommend them

Saw them twice live. The most recent time, the band cancelled, because the singer got Swine Flu. They came back, just the other day, Crash Kings, and Rooney opened.
They are nice guys.
I like all they have done but highly refined pirates is still probably my fav they put out.

And... Mabel's is a need to repeat someday. So good!
It is. My favorite song on Voids is Lighthouse, though I do very much like the entire album.

INCREDIBLE Minus The Bear show in Cincinnati...
6th time I've seen the band, but this one was truly special!!
I really like the concept of playing a whole album in order at a live show.
After hearing 2 of my all time favorite records in 4 days...
The National's Boxer on Sunday & MTB's Planet Of Ice on Wednesday,
plus the 3 Pearl Jam shows I've attended where a full record was played,
I think I'm sold on this idea.
Some people don't like it because they know what song is coming up next...
but getting to hear the album flow the way it was released is a GREAT experience.
This show was also one of the best sounding club shows I've ever attended.
You could hear every instrument clearly,
even the subtle saxophone on a couple of the Planet Of Ice tracks!!
