First time I heard this was in '96. Bought a bootleg called Road Rage from Taz Records. It was a filler track, on Side 2. The CD was for Salt Lake City '95. An amazing show! :)
  • I think it was at Red Rocks- In Denver 1995- or one of the times it was.

  • Can it really be called "new" Jeremy anymore? It's been 13 years!

I remember reading somewhere, someone (Jeff, I think) lamenting the fact that they didn't keep that version on and develop it further.

And I agree. It was great. The Red Rocks version in the best of the bunch. I think Randall's Island '96 might have been the only non-95 performance

  • It was definitely Red Rocks. I watch that dvd everytime I shave my head (weekly). Awesome version! Wish they would play this more often...

I wonder what the Nick Cave's song Ed is talking about at the end of the clip is?

Song right after Jeremy's play was Nick Cave's Ship Song cover. Well, not completely!

  • I think New Jeremy is a bore. It's good what it is: a cool mp3 in your archives. But I wouldn't want this to be the way they always performed it.

  • New Jeremy vs. New Coke? Now thats a debate. I will say this, they're both a helluva lot better than New Jersey. New Jersey sucks.
