Any Americans going to Europe next summer?

I wish I could say that I can afford it but I'll be saving up for the impending US Dates.

    I'm not. I'd love to and really debated it, but it is just too expensive since our dollar sucks ass. It looks like there would be travel within Europe too, on top of getting there from the US.

    I have to hold out for US dates too. I could fly six times withing the US as to what it would cost me to fly over there once. :(

    Seeing PJ at Hyde Park is on my list of must see shows....... but I just did the Australian tour!I can"t see myself doing two big tours within six months of each other......however I'm not completely ruling it out. :) I am such a hopeless touring fan!

    I know a couple who will be... or if they don't, i'll come and get them and drag them to the bloody shows :twisted: 8-)
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    Like someone said above, it's just too hard for me with the weak dollar. I can likely save for airfare and hotel rooms with no problem but then, as soon as my plane lands, my funds are cut in half.

    I'll be taking part in an archaeological excavation in Spain until July 1, so hopefully PJ can add a date or two somewhere in the country before the Portugal show. If not, I'd be happy to travel wherever.

    Alas, I'm part of the "Too broke to travel" crew. You can bet your ass my tax refund is spent though if US dates are announced!

    No Europe for me.... I'll be happy if they play the Garden, one of the places I want to see them play.

    My Mother is getting on my case about visiting them in FL this winter, if I said I can't because I'm seeing PJ in Europe I think she will dis-own me!! ;)
