    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    I wouldn't read too much in that article because there's no way there's a 10c presale for London since it's a festival.. so they obviously don't know shit.

    it doesn't plus London is a festival and so will not have 10c tickets

    Ten Club is offering pre-sale tickets to active members only for the following shows:

    • Dublin 22-June 10C Pre-sale starts at 9AM Pacific (5 PM London) Wednesday 9-December
    • Belfast 23-June 10C Pre-sale starts at 10AM Pacific (6 PM London) Wednesday 9-December
    • London 25-June 10C Pre-sale starts at 11AM Pacific (7 PM London) Wednesday 9-December
    • Berlin 30-June 10C Pre-sale starts at 12 Noon Pacific (8 PM London) Wednesday 9-December
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    yeah I saw and I'm :shock: .. even called 10c to confirm there was no mistake.
    now why do we get that at HRC but not the other festivals.. search me..

    HRC is different to other festivals.... It's basically a PJ gig with a few more support bands than usual!!

    I think HRC give their acts scope to do whatever they want. Springsteen had an available set time of 19:00 to 22:15 last year. Hope PJ ask for that too!

    2007 - London
    2009 - London, Manchester, London
    2010 - Dublin, Belfast, London
    2011 - Alpine Valley x2
    2012 - Isle of Wight, Manchester x2

    You are spot on my friend. Saw Neil Yound and Springsteen at HRC last summer and IMHO its a great gig for Pearl Jam to play (fingers crossed for weather) as they don't get too restricted by set-times etc.

    It will be interesting to see who they get as support as (apart from Gaslight Anthem) I though Broooooce's support was a bit lame this year. Neil's were a little better but I think its just bands who Hard Rock Corporation support.

    Reckon there's a good chance that PJ will do Glasto though as both Neil Young and Brooooce did this last year.

    Also, I wouldn't be too freaked out if you don't get a pre-sale ticket as last year even Springsteen took quite a while to sell out.

    Brilliant to end 2009 already with gigs to look forward to in 2010. Yay!!!!!
