The HTF bonus tracks thread

This is a thread devoted to everyone helping each other track down the ever-elusive "bonus track". Sometimes also known as the "iTunes pre-order bonus track", or the "Best Buy exclusive bonus track", yadda yadda yadda. They are a pain in the ass to come by sometimes.

Here's mine: I just recently got back into listening to Army of Anyone (anything involving the Deleo Bros is good for me-remember Talk Show?), and remembered there were a few bonus tracks with that album from various places. None of them are commerically available, to my knowledge, so I'm looking for help in locating them.

Out of the 4, I'm still missing two:

1) Good Time To Loosen
2) Ain't Enough (acoustic)

I just took a look at the bonus video. It's basically a 7 minute promo video with interviews of Richard Patrick and Robert DeLeo. Very similar to a press kit. I got some, if you need it:
