Cheap beginner drum kit?

My birthday is coming up and i want a drumkit. I play bass but have interest in the drums
I dont know much about drums ive only played them a couple times but i need a cheap simple kit in the $100-200 price range and a link so my mom can order it. Also id need pads to muffle the noise or else my mom wont get it. Thanks for ur help!

look at sam ash. they have a good selection. try craigslist for a used one. since you have no xperience just beat the shit out of them....................... just my 2 scents

Craigslist is good but my mom just wants to be able to order it online

Whatever drum set you can find less than 200 is a good cheap beginner set. In that price range, there is no "good" drum sets. Here's one you can try...
