March 2 NYC - Pearl Jam attending Who tribute?

Was just reading about The Music of the Who show going on in NYC in March

Guess it's a tribute to the Who with 20 something bands - the Smithereens have something on their site



so the natural question is ... Pearl Jam??

    I think pearl jam or ed would be a given. I just hope the flamming lips won't be there. God did they suck at the who rock honors. I yawned during the flaming lips set.

    producer of the show) who said that he "Expected" Pearl Jam or Vedder to show
    up, but couldn't confirm. He did say Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters have been invited.
    He's planning 20 artists singing 20 different Who songs. I'm going to go ahead
    and buy tix too"

    This was sent to me by a buddy of mine who is a huge who fan. Who knows.
