The "new" Scrubs

Anyone watch it?

Dave franco (James' brother) is one of the new cast members.

Dr. Cox & Dr.Turk are fulltime on the show, but Dr. Dorian will only be on 6 episdoes. The janitor has moved-on!

It is always difficult to get acclamated to new characters on an old show.

    I didnt care for it really....Kind of like watching the NEW News Radio when it first came out years ago. Just didnt do it for me.....

    I missed it? Shit. Have to check ABC's website to see if I can watch it online.

    Honestly, just reading how it's gonna pan out makes me a little hesitant to stick with it. What are they gonna do with the Perry/JD dynamic after Zack Braff bolts the show?

    I love Scrubs. I think it has some of the best comedy on television, and conversely is able to pull off emotional and complex ideas and thoughts better than any other show, as well.

    I was disappointed to hear Zach was leaving, sounds like he will be on the next 4 episodes, and then will be done.

    While that makes me upset, the first 2 episodes were great. The comedy was top notch, and the big emotional payoffs at the end were great as well.

    I have no idea how it will be once Zach leaves, but Bill Lawrence knows what he is doing.

    You know, I didn't think I'd like it but I did. The writing is still hilarious and the new cast seems to be pretty good, comedy-wise. Plus Dr. Cox is still freaking awesome :lol:

    I'm going to stick with it, I think.

    they're about a year late for that strategy.

    I've watched that show from the beginning. And after the premiere last night, I deleted that series recording from my DVR. It was really bad.

    Scrubs has gone more of the route of The Simpsons when they should have gone the Seinfeld route.


    Too bad too, because Scrubs...like the Simpsons WAS a good show.

    I agree with you; the comedy is good, but it definitely feels like a new show to me.

    I didn't see him.
    He was in a brief flashback. Turk was telling him that JD was gone for good and then the janitor hugged him. After that Turk said that he disappeared and that nobody had seen him since.

    I am treating it as a new show, with the hopes that certain cast members will leave giving some the newer cast members a chance to shine. Was still really great and I cant wait to see where they will take the show.

    Okay, this weeks episode was a little better. I'm gonna hang with it. But its on thin ice with me.

    this season is slowly getting better, i am starting to enjoy it but there it looks like it might get the axed.

    I liked episode 6,7,8.

    It got better when JD left, he was really annoying this season. I like the new cast and wish they were featured more from the beginning.
