Paste Pictures from computer to forum

I have read other thread about posting pictures on the forum but couldn't find an answer.

How can I take a picture from my computer and post it on the forum without creating an account on photobucket or flickr

    You don't need to open an account etc.. Just upload your pic, then you will get an url.

    can someone be a little more detailed here, i did the image shack option, and attempted the img option on the page but still having issue....thanks
