Just bought a xbox 360, should be arriving in in 10 or so days...now its time to get some games. Anybody have any used one's they want to get rid of? I know I want to get the fable games, fifa, call of duty, anybody have these or other recommendations?

Game Stop. The best place for used games plus you can your used trade games in for credit. Have 3 boys who are always on some game system and always pestering me to take them to Game Stop! really a good place to pick up used accessories. my kids just picked up 'left 4 dead 2' which they like playing. have fun!

ya, stores are always a good place to go, but if you find people with older games just laying around usually they will sell them for much cheaper than going to stores. ebay is also usually cheaper since when you buy directly from a person, not a store, their is not the markup where the store makes their money

Buying and selling games at gamestop comes pretty close to throwing money away. Charging $50 for the same used game that they will only give you $10-$15 dollars for is a pretty insulting profit margin. I made the mistake several years ago when I sold them 7-8 games and got about $15 dollars for it. This was before Craigslist got popular, or before I was comfortable with E-Bay (which are far better options at this point... especially for selling).

There is a website called Goozex that I have never used, but is very popular amongst people who trade in a lot of games. I don't know exactly how it works, but it seems to work on game credit for trade-ins. From what I've heard, it makes much more financial sense than selling/buying used games at any store.
