  • I'm not too sure about it yet, it's too polished and arty. I'd rather they'd have done something that followed the real theme of the song more. I'll still be downloading it however, just because it's Alice! It'll probably grow on me.

One thing's for sure... they will have had a DAMN fine time making it ;)

LOL at Sean in his suit, looks like his mum made him wear it :lol:

  • EMI took it down on both the YouTube and DailyMotion I uploaded it on, so I guess fans without credit cards are shit out of luck. I don't see the point of making fans pay for a video and not allow them to watch it for free on YouTube in 2009. If anybody wants the vid and doesn't have iTunes/credit card hit me up on PM.

Personally, I thought it was just awful - not what I would expect from a band like AIC. It's looks so "80's cock rock" to me...just my opinion.

I don't care much for the whole music video concept format anyhow - even for Pearl Jam's videos. The only one I ever really thought had some form of expression and connection to the song was Do The Evolution. Jeremy was OK I guess. I don't really consider Alive, Evenflow, The Fixer etc. "videos" per se, since they were basically edited from or documentations of live performances. I'm kind of glad they don't do concept videos all the time. There have been very few videos, even in the good 'ol days of MTV, that I ever really thought enhanced the music. I'd rather just see the band live and perform the song well. My two pennies...
