After old bootleg artwork, unofficial stuff. Specifically anything for the Off Ramp show, Sydney 1998, Melbourne 1998 and Indio 1993.

Just do an image search on Google and you should find images/posters/pics that should work (i.e. use the key words "Pearl Jam <city> <year>"). I do that for most of my boots and use them as album covers on my iPod.
