purchasing with a visa gift card

im trying to order something for a friend with his girlfriends visa gift card she got. its a suprise and shes not a 10c member, so the billing and shipping address is both to her but when i put all the info in it says "CVV2 mismatch" all the info she gave is right we doublechecked. i know its usually hard ordering with these cards but is there a way to put a little fixin on it? (sorry i had to)

    the billing address i suppose must be yours,couse u are the 10c member..not her
