    Hard to pick just one -
    The two shows that I always go back to are:
    Seattle 11/6/2000 and Philly 2005.

    I certainly wouldnt argue with Spodek Arena 2000, Las Vegas 2000, Gorge sept 1, 2005, Boston 7/11/03, Vic Theater 2007, Hawaii Dec 2, 2006, any MSG show. or Philly 10/30 or 10/31 (just going by set list, buzz, special event status, etc on 10/31 since i havent listened to it yet).

    And while probably not show-of-the-decade status, i love Mexico City 7/19/2003, Milan 2000, Czech republic 2000, East Rutherford 2 -2006, Grand Rapids 2006, Pittsburgh 2006, Perth 2003, Buffalo 2003.

    Not having been to them, my vote would go to the Gorge series of shows which I have the boots to. Simply brilliant! Also loved Benaroya Hall, All or None which is rarely played and very special was a standout for me.

    philly were awesome but boston 06 num 2 was off the hook. they dropped the leash, porch pre set, epic black best ever . theo epstein playn guitar, eddie falling drunk during alive solo, and mike playn star spangled banner for the first time sweet. ive heard over 100 boots and that just rules.

    I agree! As others have said I am biased since I was there, so it is hard to judge fairly. But this is one boot that I can listen to over and over.

    Three fans got over 2200 names on a petition to get PJ to play Newcastle and Eddie thanked the 3 by name during the encores and dedicted Crown of Thorns to them. The surfer Mark Richards chose the setlist and came out on stage to skull Ed's bottle of wine as 'payment'. Alive as an opener, Undone, Alone, 2 NY covers... Awesome show.

    Hartford 2008 because it was my first show EVER.

    But to not be biased, based on boots I have heard:

    Seattle 2 2000
    State College 2003 (long show as we all know)
    Both MSGs of 2003
    Boston 3 2003
    San Diego 2006

    My pick would go to Seattle 2 just because it was such a long year for them and having gone through Roskilde. Also because of this show: the -Man Trilogy, the only time Alive was played in the States, and everything else about that show that made it special and epic. Also, All Music called it "an essential live document." This I feel is the show of the decade.
