Has PJ ever played an album in its entirety?

I know that PJ has played multiple nights where they've tried not to duplicate a song, but has PJ ever played an album from start to finish in the order of its release?

I hope they play a series of shows where it could be in three acts:

First act: Play whatever they want
Second act: Pick an album and play through its entirety
Third act: Play whatever they want

They wouldn't have to do it in consecutive nights (although that would be cool).

Any chance this will ever happen?

No offense to the OP but I really really hope that PJ just continue to do what they're doing and don't jump on the full album bandwagon. It was cool when they did it for the self titled album in Italy because it was a surprise and it felt special, but an every night thing would be forced and take away from the PJ experience.

The Torino show in 06 as mentioned, and this one are the only 2 I am aware of.

notes: This is the only concert where all songs on Ten are played straight through in order and PJ is in a very “up” mood. Ed even notes when the vinyl gets flipped and side two begins. This is the final European show of this tour and neither the crowd nor PJ can seem to get enough tonight.

I agree that PJ should not announce it or plan it and just do it when they feel like it. I think once the group hit the 2nd or 3rd song of an album, the crowd would realize they are in for a special night.

I'm a bit surprised they didn't give Backspacer the treatment, esp. as it's so short!

I know. I thought Philly would have been the perfect venue to do this. Oh well, maybe at MSG in the spring.

i think Backspacer would be the only PJ album appropriate enough to run through in order due to it's length of time, in a more common occurrence than that one self titled run through in Italy...it could be something they could do more often, it would be a special night you'd get every once in a blue moon, like getting mamasan in order or something like that....again it would only be appropriate if it were Backspacer, no other PJ album so far should it be done with. perhaps in the future if they come up with a concept album like Dark Side of the Moon or The Wall, or a rock opera like Tommy or Quad it could be done, but as of now, only Backspacer
