i'm getting royally screwed out of my Camden pair and need to email someone that can help explain this. sorry for the meltdown, but this shit has NEVER happened to me.

    i've had the buy button appear 5-10 times and every time it says i can't proceed because i'm tyring to buy more 1 pair. well, there was never a pair in my cart to begin with. i checked every freaking time, made sure my temp internet files were all deleted. passed the cookie test, blah blah. i've ordered tickets, posters, all kinds of shit and this has never happened. my point is i'm not a rookie trying to buy tickets. i have tried everything from my end to fix this and nothing. come on Ten Club!

    sorry everyone. looks like i'm the biggest igno on the planet. checked my email and there's an 'order received' and sure enough it was in my profile. oddly enough i never saw a confirmation screen that my order went through. thanks for email help. i'm a little embarrassed now for that, but i still have no clue what happened there. either way, i'm in, i think.

    did you keep pressing "back" on your browser rather than refreshing? maybe that's why it said you were trying to buy multiple tickets.

    some advice for the future. have your credit card number already copied so you can paste it and get through that part really quick. there are many people (myself included) sitting there refreshing every five seconds leading up to the tix becoming available. every second saved counts. a lot of time is used putting in the credit card number

    SORRY TEN CLUB, i don't know what happened. but i freaked out and didn't step back for a sec to see that my order had went through. no hard feelings, and sorry for the fit! when you've ordered stuff from there for 5 years or more and something completely random happens it makes ya freak out a little. i'm gonna go outside now.
