hey does anyone here have a tv tuner card for their laptop?
i recently bought a laptop for school and was wondering if it would be worth it to buy a tv tuner card for my computer so i can just watch tv on it, instead of buying a tv and cable channels.
so does anyone use this alternative?

Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
Butthead: Huh huh.

I gave up my cable TV in May. Most of the shows I like are free on Veoh, Guba, Hulu, YouTube, and the websites of the various TV networks. But it would be great to have even more choice.
I've also seen ads for some cheap software that gives the buyer many cable channels forever, for a one-time fee. I have no idea how legitimate it is, or how good the service is.
Anyone???
you can pull in over-the-air hd, digital and whatever analog signals are still out there with an antenna and watch on your laptop or pc.
