With Why Go being the opening song at Sydney & Brisbane it is very rare that they would open with the same song in consecutive shows. Can anyone recall when this happened last, if ever?

Without looking anything more recent up, I know they opened both shows in East Rutherford '06 with Severed Hand.

I recall them doing that at Camden '06. Perhaps they also did it with SH at ER '06.

Aside from that and HTI in '08, nothing comes to min from recent memory.

  • At the 2 East Rutherford shows in 06, not only did they open with the same song, they opened with the same 3 songs (Severed Hand, Courduroy, WWS) Not sure how many times that has happened, but I was a bit surprised to say the least.
  • Simkin-was thinking the same thing!! Were still great shows.

they probably did that a lot during that tour because Severed Hand is a good opener and it being on the new album (at the time) it was in high rotation.
