Neil in my book. I'm sure someone can share the file. And you can see it on YouTube.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me...
I'm 90% sure the Scrubs version was the studio version from Merkinball. You pretty much can't go wrong with any version of Long Road you choose. It's an incredible song.

Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
I was going to put this until I saw that it was already mentioned.
I always thought I just loved this version because of how incredible the show was. And how incredible the night was...
And the fact that the building sang Oh, Canada before it... (amazing.. wish they included it on the boot)
But I listened to it not too long ago.. and the song alone was done VERY well.

That would be the original version, from the Mirrorball single, that was used in Scrubs.
The one with the not-Indian-but-Pakistani music music was a re-recording with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan forDead Man Walking
As for great versions, San Diego 06, with the story behind the song, is remarkable.

great show! the energy was fantastıc and Ed was quıte wasted by the tıme those encores rolled around...cant keep was a "keeper" from that show as well.
First time I had seen them in 4 years, traveled a long arduous path of life obstacles during those 4 years, and the perfect d chord opened the show... it held so much meaning for them to open with Long Road that night. I felt like I had "made it."
the build on "how i wish for you today" is great and he adds a few notes there that make it unique for me
eddie misses the cue (on purpose?) for the last verse and it sounds REALLY nice having an extra few seconds of guitar work in there building up before it ends
and the sun is setting...

but i agree with whoever said above about the 9/11 tribute. that was incredible
agree on this - Long Road into Porch there is still my favorite 2-song combo on boots and was there live - was great
San Diego 2006 with the story of how the song was written and the dedication to Ed's HS teacher too, that version was was pretty intense. Played in the encore and not as an opener.
Boston 2003 acoustic was very nice too.
Hell yeah. That was my first 10C ticketed show.
