I have nothing to e-mail you, but nothing will top the 9/11 tribute with Ed, Mike and Uncle
Neil in my book. I'm sure someone can share the file. And you can see it on YouTube.

i've been looking for the recorded version that was played at the end of that episode of Scrubs...it didn't have any of the indian music...where can i find that version?0

I thought they used the studio version from Merkin Ball on Scrubs.0
-
My two favorites are the first two times I saw it live. Casper and Red Rocks 1995. However, I would agree with the Tribute to Heroes show following 9/11. Also, Denver '06 opening for Tom Petty was pretty legit. That one made my ex-girlfriend cry, so I've always had good thoughts about it.
I'm 90% sure the Scrubs version was the studio version from Merkinball. You pretty much can't go wrong with any version of Long Road you choose. It's an incredible song.0 -

And the fact that the building sang Oh, Canada before it... (amazing.. wish they included it on the boot)

Musically would be Red Rocks but Virginia Beach 2000 was packed with emotion and EV had the courage to tackle such a fragile song under difficult circumstances. The tour went on to new heights from there

That would be the original version, from the Mirrorball single, that was used in Scrubs.
The one with the not-Indian-but-Pakistani music music was a re-recording with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan forDead Man Walking
As for great versions, San Diego 06, with the story behind the song, is remarkable.93: Slane
