I am very jealous - saw whatever footage was on youtube (surprisingly not that much) and what he did with Piggy was pretty cool.

    me too....fantastic.

i remember walking around the second day and hearing people talking about how "that trent reznor guy" was amazing and they couldnt wait to hear him again.

i was sitting in the neil young fanclub section and was the only person to stand up during the performance the first day. afterwards, all these people were asking about who he was and if that was what his albums sounded like...

i've got some pretty good boots of his sets, but i'll download these official ones anyway.

...and apparently i've never bothered to put them on my ipod!!! (correcting that oversight right now)
  • in the Canadian iTunes store, the songs are billed as Trent Reznor, not NIN. Is this the same in the US or international stores? why is this? was it just him playing solo?

No you're right - it was just Trent and he was billed at that as Trent Reznor - he had a string quartet on classical instruments with him. I think I just automatically typed it without thinking because he is NIN too.

  • So glad to hear this. I was lucky enough to see his Bridge School performance that year and it was absolutely stunning how beautiful his music came across in that setting. The funny thing is, he commented about a week before the shows (through the NIN website, I think) that he wasn't aware that it was an acoustic show until just that week.

    Dude is brilliant. :)
