 I was almost as stressed as you because you couldn't get your tickets! xx

I have learnt not to try and buy tickets from 10c when you're hungry and have a raging headache...the situation isn't easily resolved!

Make sure you have like a multi bag of crisps, a big chocolate bar and a 2 litre bottle of coke on hand tomorrow.

Halifax seem to do one that doesn't require an account with them (I think) need to have a look around see what is on offer.

Gonna have to head out to the post office in a bit to send me shoes back

When I got my last one first thing I did was call up and ask them to lower the limit they had given me. They then told me if I did that they wouldn't automatically increase it I would have to ask if I wanted an increase. Which is fine by me!

For stuff like this I always look on the moneysavingexpert.com website. Halifax Clarity is pretty decent for using overseas.
So are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?

Halifax doesn't have any charges for overseas use. I have that one for when I go abroad.

If that applies to the student card as well then I guess that will be my 1st choice.

I don't know about student card but with Halifax Clarity you don't get charged for payments abroad or using a cash machine. You do get charged interest on cash withdrawals.

If it's for you travels may want to look at this http://travelmoney.moneysavingexpert.co ... ing-cards/

Well I applied for the Halifax Clarity and suprisingly they accepted my application

Looks like a good deal. I plan on paying it off as soon as I get back anyhow but the no cash withdrawl fee is a big plus for me.

    Thanks muchly :D

I also get a £5 credit every month (reward) with mine. But I don't know if that's because I've got a halifax account or if that's standard.
