someone posted they only played 3 backspacer, unthought, fixa and got sex.

    add to that list

    corduroy
    severed hand
    mankind
    do the evolution
    even flow
    red mosquito
    solat

Set finished with dte porch then ritfw.
Okay, then here's my random guess...

    Why Go
    Last Exit
    Hail, Hail
    Corduroy
    Severed Hand
    Small Town
    The Fixer
    Even Flow
    Dissident
    Unthought Known
    Untitled
    MFC
    Light Years
    Whipping
    Given to Fly
    Got Some
    Do the Evolution

    Indifference (w/ Bean 'Ahpah)
    Red Mosquito (w/Ben)
    Garden
    State of Love and Trust
[Alive, maybe? no one's said it this was played yet, but I'm sure it was]

Throw Your Arms Around Me (w/ Liam Finn)
    Mankind
    Crazy Mary
    Porch
    Rockin' in the Free World

I know Throw Your Arms Around Me w/Liam was after Indifference w/Ben because I heard them both over the phone and they were about 20-30 minutes apart
    “Do not postpone happiness”
    (Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”

I'm pretty sure they didn't play Alive either. My fiancee is still on a concert high at the moment (that great feeling when its all a bit of a blur) so she can't remember the actual setlist but she said there was a guy there bitching because they didn't play it

Just got back, Ed was so sick I dont know how he got through it. His voice was shot but he carried on like a trooper. A real tough set to get through even when hes not sick. He had a spew and a lye down during Crazy Mary then came out to the crowd to personally apologize. Not needed!

Highlights were Dissident, Mankind, Under Pressure,

    More later
Im not supersticious, Im just a littlesticious.

    .

During Rockin the Free world Eddie came down off stage & walked up the centre & went to either side of crowds & up to the mixing desk

I have about 20 songs filmed....including the song that Stone took the lead vocals on...(I don't know the name of song though)

Melb was a better show, but in total fairness you really can't compare when Eddie's voice wasn't the best.... he still put in 110%

There were heaps of 10C people

Ed's voice was shot at the end. Signalled to the sound desk by drawing is finger across his throat in a slitting action and they went straight in RITFW. He couldn't sing no more. Show clocked in at 2 hours and 10 mins roughly. Saw the setlist - it had Once, Alive, Betterman, Daughter, Ledbetter on it all in the 2nd encore but none were played. Ed apologised a few times about his voice. I had an awesome time up front though! It was hell fucking hot down there.

and filmed Ben Harper's dedication to Michael Hutchense who died 12yrs to this day Never Tear Us Apart

When I say filmed it's just off a point & shoot camera called Panasonic Lumix TZ7, I'm a semi pro photographer & these are fantastic to use :)

As I've mentioned in other posts I don't know all their songs, so what I wanted to do tonight was film as many as possible even though I don't know them as the primary purpose is to share my love of music with other fans.

Just in case I'll mention it again please don't anyone PM for a copy of them, I simply don't do that...I will be putting them onto my facebook page & I'm more than happy to tag people :)

But I still have Brisvegas to go & I've got a bucket load of pics to put up. These will be available to all of you on flickr & you will be welcome to download them so long as you don't crop my watermark.

So I'm hear to share the PJ love...just give me a week to sort it all out.

If anyone wants to jump on my facebook search Gerry Nicholls (mention Pearl jam & i will add you) my profile pic has one of my Eddie shots from melb.

Rock On & God Bless PJ

Just got home. This was a good show but for the most part was about Ed trying to get through it. I felt so sorry for him, he obviously did not feel like being there but didnt want to let the crowd down and he went above and beyond what anyone else would do in his condition. Poor guy.

My god, how good was this show - sick eddie or not they absolutely put out a cranking performance. I was about 10 metres back from the stage sweating my guts out and loved every second of it, screaming and clapping and even shed a bit of a tear at the end. Could do it every night. The security guards were amazing giving out water. I got a close glimpse of eddie when he went for a wander during RITFW. I thought the set list was great- alot of rare old stuff but was a little dissapointed not hearing Daughter with a nice tag on it or Betterman but all in all such an amazing band, such an amazing front man and Liam and Ben were tops as well.

I am now in a state of depression that it is over - come back soon boys - we love you and get better soon Eddie !

how much difference does it make
