I saw the traffic around the local theater last night......I was after some Roly-Poly sandwiches for dinner, but the whole damn mall was swarmed with movie-goers...every parking place was taken...it will be the #1 movie this week without a doubt....because no one else can get to the theaters.

    hilarious!
If I didn't have a 12yr old niece interested in this, I'd be there with you! I did watch the first one with her and while it definitely dragged a bit and the overacting was a bit tough to deal with, I thought it stayed true to the vampire theme. I won't go see the new one in the theater but I'll probably have a girl night with my niece, paint toes, eat pizza and watch New Moon.
believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

I didn't even see the first movie yet. :P
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

I plan on seeing it with a few friends. We all read the books and if people would just take it for what it is, fast easy lose yourself entertainment it would all be swell. I went into Twilight knowing what kind of movie it would be and I liked it. I didn't tear it apart and complain about the acting and the changes from the books and all that. I have the same attitude towards New Moon. Curious as to how they compliment the book and the cinematography and that stuff.
I'm a True Blood fan at heart, but a little sweet vampire tale is just fine too.

hell, I rent films for a living and haven't even seen the first one yet. :D (you know, we're supposed to watch as many of the 'big titles' as we can.)

at first it was cause I wanted to read the books first. still haven't done that. and now I just can't seem to bring myself to watch it. (still talking about the first one.)

it'll take FOREVER for me to watch New Moon.

  • wifey saw it opening night, said it was good. She's a fan of the books though, so she's probably biased.

Would it be okay for those same 14 year old girls to ruin a PJ show for you? Let people enjoy what they're into.
